Founded in the early 1970's as Equity Services, our company grew by working collaboratively, drawing upon the strengths of a team of highly skilled professionals. In 1995, we changed our company name to Equity Management Group, Inc. to reflect a change in operating philosophy that emphasizes the importance of teamwork in our organization.

Today our company is guided by two dedicated partners and a professional property management team with more than 100 years of combined experience. Our focus on problem prevention rather than problem resolution is a management approach well-suited for any market.
